More than 40 members of the Phoenix Metro DSA joined local Tempe mutual aid groups, running and yoga clubs, and residents oppose Tempe Ordinance 2025.25 which sought to make it harder to have events in Tempe parks.
DSA members kept the council in session until 1:30 AM speaking out against the ordinance, which the council unanimously passed 7-0.
